In Star Trek, The USS Enterprise NCC 1701-B was built at Antares Ship Yards. This design commemorates that fact and is the kind of thing that perhaps the Starfleet personnel involved in the design and construction of the starship may have been awarded by the United Federation of Planets before the Enterprise-B was launched on its ill-fated maiden voyage in 2293, which saw Captain James T Kirk apparently die trying to save El-Aurian refugees (including The Next Generation's Guinan) from the Nexus ribbon. This version of the design has an aged, worn look for those people who don't like their stuff to look too new.
