This design is based on the Starfleet science and medical uniforms as worn by Starfleet science and medical officers in Star Trek: The Next Generation.
Complete with pips representing the rank of Commander (the rank usually bestowed upon Chief Medical Officers and sometimes ship's counselors) and the 2360s era combadge shaped like a Starfleet insignia, this is a great Star Trek design sure to make you look quite awesome.
